Final Terms & Conditions
દર ₹1 shopping પર 20 Points · એક invoice પર માત્ર એક જ redemption slab apply થશે.
- Points final paid bill amount પર જ મળશે.
- Points bill માં આપેલા mobile number પર જ add થશે.
- Points bill date પછીના next day થી redeem માટે valid રહેશે.
- Points cash માં convert અથવા transfer નહીં થાય.
- Points validity 90 days ની રહેશે; ત્યારબાદ unused points expire થઈ જશે.
- Return / exchange ના case માં earned points reverse અથવા adjust થઈ શકે છે.
- Points redeem કર્યા પછી product return થાય તો redeemed discount refund નહીં થાય.
- Selected products, special offer, clearance sale, combo offer, gift voucher અથવા selected category પર points applicable ન હોઈ શકે.
- Software / CRM technical issue હોય તો points next eligible purchase પર redeem કરી શકાશે.
- CRM / ERP system માં દેખાતો points balance final માનવામાં આવશે.
- Misuse, duplicate billing, fake activity અથવા suspicious transaction જણાય તો points hold / cancel થઈ શકે છે.
- Points value, redemption offer, validity, slab structure અને program rules management ગમે ત્યારે change / pause / stop કરી શકે છે.
- Mumma Mall management નો decision final રહેશે.
- બીજી કોઈ offer કે special discount સાથે Rewards Points earn કે redeem કરી શકાશે નહીં.
- જે city ના outlet પરથી purchase કરેલ હશે, તે જ city ના outlet પર reward points redeem કરી શકાશે.
